Art therapy for caregivers in partnership with Save the Children Lebanon and UNICEF
Red Oak is providing focused psychosocial and protection services in its center in Nabaa to children and caregivers in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, in partnership with Save the Children and UNICEF.
Caregivers were provided art therapy sessions where they worked with textiles, sewing, and clay. These sessions engaged the women fully in the process and connected them to their culture, traditions, and memories. Women got the chance to express their emotions and their memories through artwork.
